Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 1–3 working days
Within Maharashtra: 2–4 working days
Other Indian States: 3–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
International Orders: 7–21 working days

Free Shipping across India (Prepaid & COD)
International Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout based on destination & weight
Order Cancellation & Refusal
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Customers may refuse delivery; however, we recommend accepting the order to avoid damage and support smooth operations.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD option being disabled.
For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting 10% to cover transaction and handling charges.

Address modifications are allowed only before dispatch.
